What are the payment options?

We have a variety of payment options from Credit/Debit Card payments to our “no credit needed” leasing partners at Affirm. To learn more about Affirm and the payment options click here. You can also qualify for our Guarenteed Lease-To-Own option payments as well.

How Can I Qualify for Payment Options To Get A Phone Or Other Product?

It's extremely easy! Shop and add the desired products in your cart. Whenever you click "Checkout" fill out the information and when you go to "Payment Option" choose "Affirm". Once you hit "Place Order" you will be redirected to our Affirm partner website. 9/10 applications are approved instantly so apply and get the products you want today!

I’d Like to Buy a Phone But Don't Have Enough Cash. Do you offer Financing?

We do offer GAURENTEED Financing with our Lease-To-Own payment plans for any Android Phone.

To Qualify you’ll need the following.

  1. Valid form of ID

  2. Valid Email

  3. Valid Telephone Number

  4. Valid Debit Card with a Bank. (No Prepaid Debit Cards)

  5. Last 4 of SSN

  6. Facebook Account

Once you provide that you will be instantly approved. Just pay a small down payment and pick your payment plan. Simple as that!

Do you offer Loyalty Rewards Programs?

We do! Sign up for 5Star Reward Points and earn 10 points per $1 spent. To redeem points, 200 points = $1. (So if you buy a product that was $500 you would get 5,000 rewards points and to redeem those points would be worth $25.)

If you are a Rewards Member we are offering $25 Cash or $50 Store Credit (10,000 points)  for anyone you refer that purchases a cell phone or Home/Mobile Internet service with our guaranteed lease to own program. 

Refer up to 3 or more people a month and get $50 cash or $100 store credit for every person past 3 referrals.

What is your return policy?

  • Cell Phones, Laptops, Tablets

All of our cell phones, laptops, and tablets come with a 14 day return policy on malfunctions only. If the device malfunctions within 14 days we will be happy to replace the device or offer a store credit towards a similar priced device or an upgrade. There are no refunds after purchased.

  • Internet Services

All Home/Mobile Internet Services come with a 30 day warrenty on equipment only. We will offer a refund minus a $35 restock fee. If you have a BYOD no refunds will be given. All service plan sales are non-refundable.

  • TV/Videos on Demand Services

All TV/Videos on Demand Services come with a 30 day warrenty on equipment only. We will offer a refund minus a $35 restock fee. If you have a BYOD no refunds will be given. All service plan sales are non-refundable.

  • Phone/Tablet Repair Services

We offer 30 day warrenty​ on service parts that were replaced to fix your device. We will replace the malfunctioned part and restore the device to working condition or offer store credit towards a new device. There are no refunds after Phone/Tablet Repair labor services have been rendered.
